Wanted to explore San Francisco and this hotel was fantastic base for doing it. Liked the fact that check-in was fast. We where in a hurry and didn't try the pool, even so it was nice.

Staff were amazingly helpful, wi-fi was reliable, and I loved its exceptional location short walk to the tourist spots, many attractions, good restaurants. Nice choice of bread, pastries, yoghourt and cheese for an American breakfast. Thoughtful service throughout the hotel.

Everything was great, reasonable location right on major bus routes including the hop-on hop-off bus, the staff were attentive. I got queen room for 3 nights, loved it.

Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in San Francisco. The hotel was beautiful historical, staff were ready to help, the room was functional. Exceptional view, a big balcony, super bed, too. Nice variety of fresh bread, bacon and coffee for breakfast. Smooth check in and fast check out.

hotel is small and clean, has perfect staff and location. there's plenty of restaurants to choose from, like ly's vietnamese cuisine, situated within 5 minutes walk or so.

The hotel had all the nice charm coupled with truly EXCELLENT service. Stunning location, a few steps away from Mcelroy Octagon House. Lots of supplies in the room: microwave, climate control and 32-inch flat-screen TVs with HBO.
